The Board of Directors shall appoint the Company's Managing Director, whose employment terms and conditions are defined in the current Managing Director's service contract. The Managing Director shall be in charge of the Company's operative management as defined by the applied legislation. The Managing Director shall also manage the Company's sales activities in accordance with the instructions and guidelines issued by the Board of Directors. The Managing Director's pension shall be determined by the Finnish Employee's Pension Act (TEL). In addition, the Company shall cover the Managing Director's pension contribution up to EUR 20.000 / calendar year. The notice period for the Managing Director's service agreement is six months. In addition to the pay of the notice period, no separate severance pay is disbursed. The Managing Director has also received 200.000 rights of option, issued by the Company on 9 October 2006.

The Managing Director is assisted by the Company's Management Group. The principal task of the Management Group and its members is, in cooperation with the Managing Director, to implement the strategy of the Board of Directors as well as the business plan and operative decisions of the Managing Director. The Management Group shall also serve as the director of the experts in the organisation..

Kristina Illi was appointed as the Managing Director of Maritii Oy and Tiimari Retail Oyj on 24 May 2004 and as the Managing Director of Tiimari Plc on 9 October 2006. She also serves as the Chairman or a member of the Board of the following: Staffpoint Oy, Palvelukauppa Kodinonni Oy, Novellum Oy. In addition, she is a governor of Herttoniemen yhteiskoulu. She served as the Vice President of the Planmeca Group in 2003 and as the CEO of Hansel Oy in 1994–2002. Illi is a Master of Economic Sciences.

Jaakko Syrjänen was appointed as the Director of Foreign Operations of Tiimari Retail Oyj in 2004. In addition to these duties, he currently serves as the Commercial Director of the Finnish Tiimari store network. Prior to the mentioned appointments, he worked as the Purchasing Director of Suomen Posti Oy. He has also served as the Director of Customer Solutions and member of the Managing Group of Kauppatalo Hansel Oy. Jaakko Syrjänen holds a BBA Degree.

Anna Seppälä was appointed as the Purchasing Director of Tiimari Retail Oyj in 2005. Before that, she served as the Purchasing Director of Tamore Oy. Seppälä is a Master of Economic Sciences.

Tarja Nikkarikoski was appointed Tiimari Plc’s IT Director in 2007. Before Tiimari she worked for A-Ware Oy as a senior consultant. Before this she has a long experience in various IT management positions within finance, trade and logistics. Tarja Nikkarikoski has a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology, and she is an undergraduate of philosophy.

Maija Elenius B Sc. economy was appointed as Tiimari Plc´s CFO in 2008.
Before that she worked as VP, Corporate Control at Fiskars Corporation. Prior to that she worked as SVP, BA Controller in Partek Cargotec.

Anne Söderholm was appointed as Tiimari Plc´s Marketing and Communications Director in 2008. Before that she worked as Marketing Director at Bauhaus Finland. She has also experience from developing loyalty programs at Silja Oy Ab and working as a Marketing Manager and Sales Manager at Telia Finland. Söderholm has a  Master of Science (econ) degree and an eMBA degree.

Tiina Kuusisto was appointed as Managing Director for Tiimari retail concept in 2008.

Ville Tervola was appointed to Tiimari Group´s Director of Finance in 2008. Previously he worked in Ensto Oy as a Business Controller during 2003-2005. Before that he worked in different Controller and financial development positions in Outokumpu Plc during 2003-2005 and in Nokia Plc in 1999-2003. Tervola holds a Master of Economic Sciences degree.
