Tiimari Plc group comprises in addition to the parent company Tiimari Plc the below mentioned directly or indirectly owned companies. The business is operated in two segments, Tiimari and Gallerix. Tiimari Retail Ltd and the Tiimari concept compliant subsidiaries in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania Tiimari Baltic AS (Tallinn), Tiimari Latvia SIA (Riga) and Tiimari Lietuva UAB (Vilnius) comprise the Tiimari business segment. The Gallerix segment comprises in addition to the parent company Gallerix International Ltd (holding) Gallerix Sverige AB (Uppsala). The other companies included in the legal organisation are: Gallerix Finland Ltd, Maritii Ltd, Tuotesampo Ltd, Tiimari Sweden AB, Fröken Väs AB, Tiimari Norway AS, OOO Tiimari Moscow and OOO Tiimari as well as KOy Osuuskunnantie are dormant companies.
Tiimari sold the Gallerix business to Gallerix's operative management on 27 January 2012.
