Tiimari Retail Ltd. and the Tiimari concept compliant subsidiaries in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania Tiimari Baltic AS (Tallinn), Tiimari Latvia SIA (Riga) and Tiimari UAB (Vilnius) comprise the Tiimari business segment. The Gallerix segment comprises in addition to the parent company Gallerix International Ltd. (holding) Gallerix Sverige AB (Uppsala) and Gallerix Finland Ltd. The other companies included in the legal organisation are: Maritii Oy., Tiimari Sweden AB, Tiimari Polska SP Z.o.o., Tiimari Norway AS, OOO Tiimari Moscow and OOO Tiimari as well as KOy Osuuskunnantie are dormant companies.
