The main task of the statutory auditing is to verify that the financial statement provides accurate and sufficient information about the Group’s results and financial standing during the financial period. Furthermore, the auditors report to the Board of Directors about continuous auditing of administration and operations.
The Board of Directors’ proposal for the auditor will be declared in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting.
Auditing fees paid to all the auditors of the Group companies amounted to 115 KEUR and other fees 16 KEUR in 2010.
