Auditor

The Company's auditor shall be the public audit company KPMG Oy Ab that has appointed KHT Sixten Nyman as the principal auditor. Auditing fees paid to all the auditors of the Group companies amounted to 139 KEUR and other fees 26 KEUR in 2009.
