The strategy period in which the Group’s operations are being reviewed is 2011–2014.
Our strategy is to develop unique, distinctive and evolving business concepts for the Tiimari and Gallerix segments, providing an edge over their competitors and enabling profitable business operations and growth in the long term. For Tiimari, our strategic objective is to initiate an upward trend in the store-specific revenue and customer flow in 2011 and 2012 as well as to achieve a positive result. The Gallerix business model will be changed from a franchising-based model to a retail store chain owned by a single owner. This change aims at improvement of growth and profitability. Tiimari sold the Gallerix business to Gallerix's operative management on 27 January 2012.
Our strategy is based on the major refinancing arrangement carried out in the autumn of 2011.
